From June 23 to 25, 2020, the House of Social Sciences, University of Strasbourg, France, hosts the International Summer School – DELA- THE INTERNATIONAL CIRCULATION OF EDUCATION POLICIES. TRANSFER, SELECTION AND ADAPTATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND PUBLIC POLICY INSTRUMENTS. The event, organized by the research unit SAGE (Societies, Actors and Government in Europe, University of Strasbourg), the Institute of Education (University of Lisbon, Portugal) and the GESTRADO (Research Group on Teachers’ work; Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil), is part of the activities of the international research project “Public Policies in Education: International circulation, translation, convergence and transfer” and the network “Education policies and the restructuring of professions” (World Education Research Association). It is also supported by the, the Brazilian National Research Council and Foundation Joaquim Nabuco (FUNDAJ), and the network 28 Sociologies of European Education (European Educational Research Association).The Summer School intends to continue the work developed in the first edition of the Doctoral School, which took place in August 2018 at Bahia State University and then, the second, at Lisbon University in November 2019, while strengthening exchanges with Europe.
