The Realist Social Theory reading group meets on the second Friday of each month for intensive discussions of critical realism and its implications for educational research. These will take place through Zoom
In Michaelmas we will be reading Margaret Archer’s Realist Social Theory which is available online here for Cambridge staff and students:
October 9th, 10am-11:30am: Introduction
November 13th, 10am-11:30am: Ch 1, 2, 3
December 11th, 10am-11:30am: Ch 4, 5, 6
January 8th, 10am-11:30am: Ch 7, 8, 9
